Privacy policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This notice covers the WiWy website and initial enquiries to WiWy. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, call +44 7999 420999.
Information used by this website
When you visit, our hosting provider, Vercel, and the providers serving our images and videos receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested files and request times. This information is used to deliver the website and support its security and reliability.
The project enquiry form lets you enter your service interests, project details, name, business, email and optional website. At present, the form is a local preview: it does not send these details to WiWy or save them in browser storage. Information remains in the open page and is cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. Please call us to discuss your project.
Contacting WiWy
If you call us, we receive the contact and project information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request and discuss potential services. Please do not provide sensitive personal information unless it is needed for your enquiry.
Why information is processed
Website delivery and security support our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website. Responding to a request about our services may involve taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Where consent is required for an optional use, we will ask separately.
Cookies and browser storage
The current website does not include analytics or advertising tracking scripts. When you dismiss the cookie notice, we store wiwy-privacy-choice-v1 in local storage on your device, with a 180-day expiry recorded in the value. It contains only that expiry, not your enquiry details. After expiry the notice appears again; your browser may retain the old value until you dismiss the notice again or clear site data.
You can reopen the notice using in the footer. To remove the stored acknowledgement, clear this website’s site data in your browser. Blocking storage does not prevent you from browsing; the notice may reappear.
Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted on Vercel. Some visual media is delivered through Amazon CloudFront. Requests to those providers disclose technical information needed to retrieve the content. Their infrastructure may process requests outside the UK. See Vercel’s privacy policy and AWS’s privacy notice for provider information.
How long information is kept
Enquiry form entries are not saved or sent by the current website. The notice acknowledgement is treated as valid for 180 days. Hosting and media request records are subject to the providers’ retention arrangements. For information about records arising from a telephone enquiry, contact WiWy using the number above.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website’s handling of personal information changes, including before enabling online enquiry submissions or optional tracking.
